“Publishing support” means something different depending on what’s being published, and treating a fantasy series, a memoir, and a romance novel the same way tends to shortchange all three. We’ve written more specifically about what that support actually looks like in three genres we work in often: worldbuilding and positioning in fantasy, the structural and ethical questions unique to memoir, and the market conventions that shape romance.

In fantasy, most of the real work happens before marketing ever enters the picture, keeping a world consistent across however many books it spans, and making sure a series is positioned against the right corner of a genre that isn’t really one market: What Fantasy Authors Actually Need From a Publishing Partner.

In memoir, the harder questions are about what a publishing partner should never touch, the actual story and how it’s remembered belongs entirely to the person who lived it, and real, useful support is structural and ethical rather than creative: Whose Story Is It? What a Publishing Partner Should (and Shouldn’t) Touch in a Memoir.

In romance, the conventions that matter most, trope clarity, heat level, release cadence, have almost nothing to do with prose quality and almost everything to do with how readers actually find and follow authors in that genre: Tropes, Heat Level, and Release Cadence: What Actually Matters When You Publish Romance.

We work across other genres too, the full list is here, and if you’d rather hear it from clients directly than from us, that’s on our press and reviews
